Iowa College Aid is partnering with the I Have A Plan Iowa (IHAPI) vendor, XAP Corporation, to offer a series of four free webinars on IHAPI. Title: An Overview of the Student Center of I Have A Plan Iowa
Date and Time: Tuesday, December 2, 2014, Time: 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST
Description: This session provides a tour of the Student Center of I Have A Plan Iowa including the student portfolio and an overview of the Iowa Guideways. Participants will also be taken through the steps in the student account creation process.

Title: An Overview of I Have A Plan Iowa’s Professional Center
Date and Time: Thursday, December 4, 2014, Time: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. CST
Description: In this session, participants will learn to use the following Professional Center tools; the shadow student account, student password reset, group creation and more. The steps in the professional account creation process will also be reviewed.

Title: How to Run Reports on I Have A Plan Iowa
Date and Time: Tuesday, December 16, 2014, Time: 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. CST
Description: In this session, participants will learn how to run the Guideways Tracking Report as well as Outcome Reports for individual activities students have completed on I Have A Plan Iowa. Filtering and exporting reports will also be demonstrated.
Title: Interpreting Assessment Results
Date and Time: Wednesday, January 14, 2015, Time: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. CST
Description: This session will prepare participants to provide appropriate follow-up to students for the assessments in the Iowa Guideways. Information available in the Professional Manual and User’s Guide as well as best practices will be discussed.
