The IEP Meeting Guide & Additional Considerations is a simple tool that may be used by staff – – both teachers &/or administrators. This guide can serve as a prompt for the steps needed to help ensure that the IEP is aligned to the student’s postsecondary transitional plan. Page two of this sheet includes additional considerations that the IEP team may need to ponder.
