Suzie joined the IVRS Resource Team in February 2019 as the Benefits Planning Resource Manager. Prior to this she worked under a Department of Labor grant serving older workers. Suzie was a Social Security Benefits planner under the Iowa Work Incentives Planning & Assistance Grant from 2006-2012. Suzie has her Master’s Degree from Drake University in Rehabilitation Counseling and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a certified Community Work Incentives Benefits Counselor through VCU/SSA.

Career Exploration


I am meeting with Kandy Martin and Lori Kolbeck to discuss job  exploration and employment options  in the Webster City area.  The National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability (NCWD) has lots of good information about preparing students for the world of work.
